BBQ Chicken

Say Goodbye To Boring, Flavorless Chicken

Serving Size: 1 chicken breast

What you need:

1 pound of boneless chicken breast (approx. 4 pieces)
4 pieces of organic bacon (optional)
4 rosemary springs
4 tsp lemon juice
sea salt and pepper

Method

1. Pound chicken to even out the breast’s thickness
2. Season each breast with sea salt, pepper and lemon juice
3. Place a rosemary spring on each chicken breast
4. Roll the chicken around the rosemary spring
5. Roll a piece of bacon around each breast
6. Bbq for approximately 20 minutes (until no longer pink inside)
